Credit Cards, Cheques and Bank Transfers: MasterCard/Visa/Amex/Diners Club/Maestro/Solo/Delta/JCB: Order Forms
Prepay Bank Transfer (Wire): Order Forms
Cheque with Order: Drawn on a UK bank in GBP or a US bank in equivalent USD funds. Use the exchange rate at time of order.
Purchase Orders: We only accept purchase orders, requesting credit terms, from high profile corporations or government departments. Purchase orders must clearly show an email address for both the requestor (to deliver updates) and the accounts department (for payment queries). Please see our Privacy Policy
Free E-mail Accounts: To successfully order on-line using a credit card, you must use a verifiable company or ISP assigned email address. For obvious reasons, credit card orders submitted with anonymous free email addresses for delivery, such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com, are not processed.

Electronic delivery: FREE (excluding normal Internet connection charges)
Air mail delivery on CD (any destination): 3 GBP

Support

Please note versions of Satmaster Pro versions earlier than Mk6.0 are obsolete and no longer supported.

If your supported licensed software is lost, stolen or damaged, we will replace it by electronic delivery within one working day at no charge.

We aim to answer all technical support queries by email within one working day. Please give full details of the nature of the problem and attach an example output file, if possible.

It may not be possible to give instant answers to complex technical questions over the telephone. Please use email where possible. We promise not to send you a 'canned' reply, all support issues are investigated and treated individually.

No 'conference' calls please!
